Week 1
Mr Hafiz starts off the class with a brief introduction to the module and to Adobe Illustrator. We were taught on to how to use the pen tool. We then proceed to our first exercise, which is to trace the vormator shapes on the image given.

Week 2
This week, we were taught on how to create our own characters with the vormator shapes we traced last week. We were also taught on how to use the knife tool and pathfinder in creating our character.
We were asked to create a silhouette of our character first before we proceed on to coloring it.

Week 3
This week, we proceed to color our characters. I used knife tool to add shadows to my character so that it can be more three-dimensional.

Week 4 - Week 5
This week, we proceed to add background for our character as well as to laser cut and UV print our characters.

Week 6
This week, we used what we had learned so far, which is the knife tool and pathfinder, to finish the exercise called 'Chiaroscuro'. We were given an image of a man to work on.

Week 8
This week, we learned about the different types of transitions that applies in comics and graphic novels. We were then assigned an exercise to test on our understanding to the different types of transition. We have to pick out the right transition from the comic strip provided.

Week 9
This week, Mr Kannan introduced us on how to draw using Photoshop so that we could better in our graphic novel. We also learned how to put in texture into our drawing.
