Project 1 : Instructable Infographics

Infographics Poster (Week 3 - Week 4)

For this project, we have to create an infographic poster based on a recipe of our choice. An example was given to us as shown below.

I chose to work on the recipe ground pork and tofu stir fry, which is my favorite dish and I have improvised my recipe for it. In order to have a better sense of the time and measurement for the ingredients, I have my reference here.

After deciding on which recipe to work on, I started with illustrating the assets on Adobe Photoshop.

As I wanted the poster to have a style like the recipe is written down on a piece of paper, I decided to have a lined paper as my background for the poster. The type of typeface I chose to use is hand script so that it feels like it's hand written.

Infographic Video (Week 5)

After we were done with the poster, we have to make a 30 - 45 seconds animated infographic video based on the recipe of the poster. I reused all the assets I've done for the poster before.
